Full central heating installation – At no cost to you we would visit the property where the installation would take place. This enables us to discuss your specific requirements, take room measurements etc. We would then return, to you, a full quotation specific to your needs and listing the work that would be undertaken, with a fixed final price.

Service/Maintenance - We can maintain and service your boiler, cooker, fire, warm air unit, water heater etc. The appliance would be stripped down and thoroughly cleaned.

Breakdown Repairs – When a breakdown occurs you want fast and efficient service to repair your broken appliance, at Flexi Flame we provide a 24 hour service to achieve this as quickly as possible (hourly rates do increase outside of normal working hours but we will inform you of these before we come out).

Fault Finding – Finding the cause of your problem can sometimes be the hardest part of the job, however with our expertise we can usually do this, and often, repair the fault within the first hour.

Drain Downs – A drain down is where we drain all or part of your system to enable a replacement part to be fitted. After carrying out the repair we will refill and test your system’s full operation to make sure no airlocks or poor circulation occur.

Gas Landlord Reports - by law all landlords have to have their gas appliances serviced on an annual basis, we can undertake this and keep your tenants safe.

Spares - We carry a variety of universal spare parts on our vans. Specialist spares can be sourced same day from suppliers within Berkshire. Spares that are not kept at suppliers can be ordered and normally take between 1-5 working days to arrive, after which we will call you to arrange a mutually convenient time to fit the part.

Power Flush - A clearflow power flush can restore circulation and efficiency to the heating system by removing un-desirable products. It purges them from the system and replaces aggressive water with clean water, chemically treated to prevent future problems.

Any of the following symptoms below could indicate that your system has circulation and flow problems resulting from internal corrosion and subsequent formation of rust, sludge and scale deposits.

	Is the system slow to warm up?
	Are some radiators completely or partially cold?
	Do radiators need frequent bleeding?
	Is the radiator water dirty and discoloured?
	Radiators with pin hole perforations and leakage?
	Are there kettling noises from the boiler?
	Do you repeated pump failures?

With a cleanflow power flush treatment to your system the following can be achieved:
